Refund policy

FJD Landscaping Store is operated by FJ DYNAMICS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (“FJD Landscaping”, “we”, “us” or “our”). FJD Landscaping offers a 30-day voluntary return policy for eligible products. You may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days after receiving your product. This commercial return policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

To be eligible for a voluntary return under our 30-day return policy, the product must be unused or in like-new, resalable condition and returned with all original components, accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. These conditions apply to voluntary returns and do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

To request a return, please contact us at landscaping-shop@fjdynamics.com before sending the product back.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a collection. Because certain FJD Landscaping products are oversized or heavy, they may require freight, palletized transport, or carrier-arranged pickup. Please do not arrange return freight or send the product to any FJD location unless instructed by us.

For returns resulting from a product defect, transit damage, an incorrect item, missing items, or another error attributable to FJD Landscaping, FJD Landscaping will arrange the return or cover the applicable return shipping costs in accordance with our return instructions and applicable law.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. Where FJD Landscaping arranges prepaid return shipping or collection for a customer-paid return, the applicable return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

For voluntary returns under our 30-day return policy, products sent back without first contacting us and following our return instructions may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your product and its packaging as soon as possible after delivery.

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please contact us at landscaping-shop@fjdynamics.com within 3 business days of delivery and provide your order number, photos of the outer packaging, photos showing the condition of the product, photos of the shipping label, and an unboxing video if available. Please retain the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

If the product is defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

The 3-business-day reporting period for visible shipping damage is intended to help us process carrier and logistics claims and does not limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Voluntary Return Exclusions

Voluntary returns may not be accepted if:
  • product has been materially used or is no longer in like-new, resalable condition;
  • product has been modified or repaired without authorization;
  • serial number or identification labels have been removed or altered;
  • accessories, charger, RTK equipment, manuals or other included components are missing;
  • damage is caused by improper installation, misuse or unauthorized modification;
  • the product is returned without following the return authorization and return instructions provided by FJD Landscaping.
These exclusions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

For voluntary exchanges, the fastest way to receive a different product or model is to return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the new product once the return is accepted.

This process does not apply to products that are defective, damaged in transit, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied. Such products may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law and FJD Landscaping's applicable policies.

Australian Consumer Law

For customers in Australia, our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This Return & Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Voluntary change-of-mind returns remain subject to our 30-day voluntary return policy described above.

EU and UK Statutory Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing online in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform FJD Landscaping of your decision to withdraw by making a clear statement to landscaping-shop@fjdynamics.com before the applicable 14-day withdrawal period expires.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, where applicable, no later than 14 days after notifying us, unless FJD Landscaping has arranged collection.

You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Where permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Unless FJD Landscaping agrees to bear the cost or applicable law requires otherwise, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. For oversized or heavy products that cannot normally be returned by standard parcel services, return arrangements and any applicable return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where applicable law requires return cost information or an estimate to be provided before purchase, such requirements will apply.

If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, but excluding any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Statutory refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that they have been returned.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Refused or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to FJD Landscaping because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, unsuccessful delivery attempts, unauthorized refusal of delivery, or failure to complete required customs procedures, applicable return shipping, storage, handling, customs, or redelivery charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

This does not apply where the failed delivery or return results from an error attributable to FJD Landscaping or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Refunds

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Any applicable return shipping, handling, or other charges described in this policy may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds made under EU or UK statutory withdrawal rights will be processed in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements described above.
